Entrepreneurship Evolution
"Evolución Empresarial"
Offer forty (40) public high-schools students in Puerto Rico along students of the Business Administration Program at University of Puerto Rico, an opportunity to experience a complete and integrated business program through a competition.
"Evolución Empresarial" or "Entrepreneurship Evolution" includes training, workshops, orientations, direct mentoring, business speakers and a business ideas life -changing competition experience.
Executive summary document with a detailed "Power Point" presentation according to the following topics.

Phase 1
(August 26 - October 15, 2024)

Each school will create an evaluation panel that must include a coordinator. Create the teams. Each school will specify the number of teams that will compete internally within the school. Students from the Business Administration program at the University of Puerto Rico will be assigned as mentors.
Each school will be assigned an entrepreneur to oversee the entire process of developing proposals and presentations. (This includes: training, workshops, and guidance for students and teachers.)"
Phase 2
(October 16 - October 31, 2024)​​​
Present the proposals to the Evaluation Panel at each school. Each school will select the winning proposal that best meets the established criteria.
Send the winning proposal from each school to the Entrepreneur Evaluation Committee.
Phase 3
(November 1 - November 15, 2024)

Select the 10 most comprehensive proposals (Entrepreneurs Evaluation Committee). Inform the schools of the Committee's selection.
Phase 4
(December 10, 2024)
​
Period for teams to review and practice the 'sales pitch' of their final proposal. Present the 'sales pitches' of the 10 proposals live at the Top 10 'Entrepreneurship Evolution' event from the UPR Río Piedras theater.
Select and announce the 3 finalist proposals and the grand prize winner of two thousand dollars.
